Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. pak265 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting proof of identity, address and source of funds before processing any withdrawal.
pak265 does not accept payments from or to third parties. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account suspended pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on pak265 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. General betting rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
pak265 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, on suspended markets, or where the bet is determined to have been placed with the benefit of insider information or in circumstances constituting match manipulation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's pak265 account balance.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. pak265 does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the respective game supplier and are available within the game information panels.
pak265 accepts no responsibility for telecommunication failures, internet outages, device malfunctions or software errors that interrupt a betting session. Where a session is interrupted before a bet is settled, the bet will be settled based on the result of the event in question once confirmed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms limits pak265's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pak265 collects, processes and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account on pak265, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pak265 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies only where necessary to deliver the Platform's services or meet legal obligations.
